I deploy a jws file "WebServicesTest.jws" in <root>\axis I open a browser and invoke http://localhost:7001/axis/WebServicesTest.jws I get a "page not found" error on the browser and an error "[ERROR] EngineConfigurationFactoryServlet - -Problem with servlet engine config file: /WEB-INF/server-config.wsdd" on the command line window
