Currently there is no way to dynamically add providers without changing the AXIS code deployment/WSDDProvider. We need a way where the new provider[s] can be dropped in to lib directory as a JAR file and be automatically added to provider list and be available to the user. That way, a company specializing in a particular technology say ZZZ can provide a axis-ZZZ.jar that will add providers for ZZZ.
