+1 to both the library and Vidyanand as committer.

Since they are willing to adapt the code to our needs (enhancing it with lookup APIs 
that make sense for us for instance), having it in Axis is a good thing.

It is going to be a bit of a job getting it smoothly integrated with the SymbolTable, 
but that is what needs to be done.  We might even want to revamp the SymbolTable while 
we are there....
