The service you refer to doesn't seem to be there (I get a 404 from CapeClear) - are you sure that's the right URL? Also, could you try against the latest CVS code? The line #'s you discuss don't match the current code, and I'm not understanding exactly what you mean when you describe the problem. A wire trace (from tcpmon) and stack trace of the error would help a lot here.
