In particular, we pass the SAAJ TCK, which means that we're not doing anything that the designers of the javax.xml.soap package feel is wrong. If you can give us solid reasons for doing this (i.e. exactly what code breaks?), feel free to reopen the bug with an updated patch against latest CVS.
