This change causes bug 15072. Axis has a setting for explicitly setting the service elements name, "alias". This allows the deployment file to explicitly set the service elements name in the WSDL. So arguably, the change for this bug should be backed out, that user should use the "alias" option in WSDD. Dims, what do you think?
