ANy chance of getting apache to run an IRC server? I am an IRC novice; is it possible to run one and then only allow pre-allocated channels?
Also, we should put up a page on the ws.apache.org site indicating the various IRC chats done by the various projects, assuming they're regularly scheduled of course.
