Following code taken from SOAPConnectionImpl (1.1 beta):
Line 98:
Attachments attachments = ((org.apache.axis.Message)
request).getAttachmentsImpl();
returns null if there are no attachments in the given SOAPMessage (request)
and you'll get
a NullPointerException in the next line
Iterator iterator = attachments.getAttachments().iterator();
