Lance is the designated representative from Sun to address all Apache (not merely Axis) TCK issues. I am his counterpart at Apache. While Lance is encouraged to directly participate on the mailing list, everyone should be sensitive to the fact that he is under no obligation to do so.
All official communications are to either go through me or your designated company TCK representative (if you have one).
