JMeter currently uses Apache SOAP (2.3.1, I think) for testing web-services.
I've had a quick look at the Axis2 documentation, but could only find examples of how to use Axis2 where the SOAP service details are known in advance. Is it possible to generate a generic SOAP client in Axis2? Indeed does it make sense to consider moving JMeter to Axis2, or should we stick with Apache SOAP? Apologies if these are silly questions; I've not much experience of using SOAP...
