The effort to define the WSDL 1.2 spec was abandoned in favor of WSDL 2.0 before it was finished. No products support WSDL 1.2. Like all SOAP implementations, Axis2 supports WSDL 1.1. It also provides experimental support for WSDL 2.0 via Woden.
