It is dead. No products support it. Don't even think about reading it. WSDL 1.1 is the only version of the spec that you should be using at this point. WSDL 2.0 is still not complete, and it will change in incompatible ways before it is completed. (e.g., the spec writers have just voted to change the namespace URI).
