I am dealing with modules plublication in axis2-1.3 and i am having this
stacktrace error:
org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentException: The logging module is not
valid or has not been deployed.

org.apache.axis2.deployment.repository.util.DeploymentFileData.deploy(DeploymentFileData.java:137)
at
org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentEngine.doDeploy(DeploymentEngine.java:571)
at
org.apache.axis2.deployment.repository.util.WSInfoList.update(WSInfoList.java:141)
Some of you had certainly over come it, so any solution is welcome
