Open 'startWebLogic.cmd' in edit mode and replace line 95 to 97 with the
following text:

set JAVA_OPTIONS=%SAVE_JAVA_OPTIONS%

 

and see if this wsorks.

Try removing geronimo-stax-api_1.0_spec-1.0.1.jar from WEB-INF/lib.
