Those names are generated on fly by SOAP::Lite. The corresponding WSDL (
created by SOAEditor )
describes it as:
 <wsdl:message name="sayHelloResponse">
           <wsdl:part name="greeting" type="xsd:string"/>
        <wsdl:part name="second"  type="xsd:string"/>
    </wsdl:message>
