think a soap module exists for php... look at the php.net, perhaps you find what
you're looking for...

It seems PHP becomes mainstream in blog, forums with asp forums. Decent Java forums are rare. I only see sun's site and it is very simple forum comparing with php site. That's why PHP using web service would be useful.
