I am trying to do a lookup, in an Axis handler, of a the URI being called. Currently the URI is "http://localhost/VBWebService1_String/Service1.asmx";. I use the GetNamespaceUIR in the handle, but the results of the call do not match the Name space in the WSDL. The result of the GetNamespaceURI call is "http://localhost/VBWebService1_String/Service1"; on the expected "http://localhost/VBWebService1_String/Service1.asmx";. Is it the case that the GetNamespacceURI call strips off any extension? If this is the case than it mmust be a bug. Is there a way to get around this problem? Any help would be appreciated. Wayne
