ok, after a quick google i found a security manager that seems to
allow all:
http://java.sun.com/developer/onlineTraining/Security/Fundamentals/magercises/SecurityManager/NullSecurityManager.java

and signing the jarfile would allow me to do
"System.setSecurityManager(new NullSecurityManageR());",
and thus making axis able to run? :)
