Well, I would like to see a JIRA issue on this, as I feel that this should be documented.

 

I don’t know whether this is an Axis2 problem or OC4J problem. So please file a detailed JIRA on this. (Anyway, I have very bad experiences with OC4J)

I just redeployed the identical sample Web Service using Tomcat rather than an early release of Oracle's EJB3.0 compliant version of OC4J (Orion).

The OC4J server was producing exceptions (I can provide a stack trace if your interested).

Retested using Tomcat as deployment (rather than ejb3.0 complicant Orion/Oracle) and all now works.
