where is the plugin

Sorry to bother you, I'm a new user to axis.
I searched through the M2 and the 0.91 binary-distributions and I'm
unable to find the eclipseplugin, also I can't find the AntCodegenTask.
A RTFM with a link to the documentation-part I missed would be
appreciated.
