Huh. The instructions don't show up in my mail client (Outlook). I've seen this on other lists where HTML messages are sent as multipart, and the instructions are only added to the plain text part. In such cases, though, the plain text part shows up as an attachment, which is not the case with messages I receive from this list (whose headers indicate that they are text/plain).
Anybody have an idea why I'm not seeing the list instructions?
