DIME header less than 12 bytes.

Hi

 

My Axis client is throwing "DIME header less than 12 bytes"  while calling the webservice.

 

Can anybody help me out why the "DIME header less than 12 bytes."  is coming up.

 

My service is doc type and return attactment in message.
