Thanks for the pointer. I was really hoping to get something going in 1.2 (and with BSF in general, not just JavaScript in particular).
I noticed that there is nothing in the Axis2 0.93 sources about BSF any more - does that mean this is officially dead? The problem is likely not with Rhino or BSF or the BSFProvider, but just that I don't know how to write the deployment descriptor and the client in a way so that Axis properly invokes the provider. If the call ever entered the provider, I could debug it, and maybe fix it if it's a version mismatch. But it doesn't, and I don't know where to begin debugging the core parts of Axis.
