RC3 feedback : (Can't keep up ;-)

JiBX compilation fails with javac unable to find new (RC3) Axiom interface named org.apache.axiom.om.OMDataSource

To fix, just edit etc/project.properties to read

axiom.version=1.0-RC3          <-- Note RC3 here
#for JAM
annogen.version=0.1.0
---
