It's in .maven/repository/bouncycastle/jars Maven 1.0.2 is what I'm using.

I found the location of the jar and downloaded it into maven repository.
Maybe I have used the wrong folder name. The maven command didn't
recognize it. Would you please let me know what the folder name you have

maven should find these automatically, based on the project.properties
in the etc directory. If you need to download them outside of maven, you
can find them at http://jibx.sourceforge.net/maven/jibx/jars/ The full
