You can set the WSAddressing version in your client to 2004/08 by calling options.setProperty(org.apache.axis2.addressing.AddressingContants. WS_ADDRESSING_VERSION,org.apache.axis2.addressing .AddressingContants.Submission.WSA_NAMESPACE); on your Options object.
