If you write your own message receiver then you can get this info, as you are passed the MessageContext. From there you can navigate to the headers.
In a codegen skeleton I don't think you can (maybe I missed it). You could also modify the generated MessageReceiver to set it onto the object, but you'd have to be careful to not regenerate.
