[Axis2] soap:address in services.xml

Hi All,

I have a query,

Where to specify the

<soap:address location="http://localhost:8080/axis/services/AddressBook> in services.xml.

            1.) If we want not to use wsdl2code, instead we want to develop our web service using services.xml and our web service code.

             2.) And lets say we are not using axis2.war to deploy it. [we will be using its alternatives]

So do we have a soap:address tag in our services.xml file, if it is there, please provide tutorials or some links to follow.
