WSDL2Java should either detect errors in the files, or it should produce valid code. Clearly in this case it is doing neither. Please file a JIRA at http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AXIS2, and include your WSDL and XSDs, as well as the command line that you are using to invoke WSDL2Java.
