It's the same MTOM sample that can be found in Axis2 repository with
some more improvements. Planing to commit it to Axis2 soon.. May be by
tommorow...  Will ping you when it's done...

At the mean time try with latest nightlies.. We need to figure out
whether there is a prob with ADB...

FYI: I was able to send & retrieve pdf files succesfully using Axis2,
with both MTOM optimised as well as with base64 encoding... But I
didn't used databinding.. We have to figure out whether we have any
probs with the data binding...
