Forgot that the 1.0 docs url does not work anymore ... try this from
the soon to be released 1.1 docs:
maven plugin:download -DgroupId=maven-itest-plugin
-DartifactId=maven-itest-plugin -Dversion=1.0
-Dmaven.repo.remote=http://people.apache.org/repository/maven,http://www.ibiblio.org/maven
