If "AbstractHandler and TransportSender" works, then we need to fix the docs. Please help by adding a JIRA bug.

On http://people.apache.org/~thilina/axis2/docs/transport_howto.html is written that "The Transport Sender needs to be extended from the org.apache.Axis2.transport.AbstractTransportSender class".
