No. I am not developing a whole soap engine. I have an existing web
app (user can query a trobule ticket). I would like to create a web
service interface for it (so that people can write scripts to access
this web app, instead of via a browser).

I would like to know how can I achieve that via Axis2.

Nope, not at all. Welcome to the Apache License version 2.0- you can do
*ANYTHING* with the code we provide .. you don't have to tell us about
it, you don't have to give anything back or you don't owe us anything.

A little help here and at the code level would always be appreciated but
you don't have to do it.

Sanjiva.
