Sumeet,
When you are deploying a web application on WebLogic, you can either
deploy it as a *.war file or you can just explod (unzip/expand) the war
file in your file system. In Axis2/weblogic deployment, you can try out
the second scenario. Just expand axis2.war in a directory in your system
and select that location from weblogic console.
For example in WebLogic 92;
copy axis2.war in to /opt/bea/axis2.
Then access weblogic console
Go to yourdomain-->Deployments page
Select install under deployments and select the axis2 expanded directory
location (eg:- localhost
<http://localhost:7001/console/console.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=AppApplicationInstallPage&AppApplicationInstallPortletISUNIX=YES&AppApplicationInstallPortletFILECHOOSERPATH=/>
/ opt
<http://localhost:7001/console/console.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=AppApplicationInstallPage&AppApplicationInstallPortletISUNIX=YES&AppApplicationInstallPortletFILECHOOSERPATH=/opt/>
/ bea)
Then follow the instructions given in weblogic console

Sumeet,
How did you deploy axis2 with WebLogic? Could you please try with WL
exploded deployment and check again? Also, you need to specify the
following in weblogic.xml
<weblogic-web-app>
<container-descriptor>
<prefer-web-inf-classes>true</prefer-web-inf-classes>
</container-descriptor>
</weblogic-web-app>
