Hello,
I am trying to use a Webservice like in the samples of Axis, see below.
I am getting a connection time out and I think it's because of the firewall of
my company.
How can I configure the call so that it knows the name of the proxy we use?
Thanx a lot for help!!!
Cheers,
Bianca

public class TestClient

public static void main(String [] args) {
try {
String endpoint =
"http://nagoya.apache.org:5049/axis/services/echo";
Service service = new Service();
Call call = (Call) service.createCall();
call.setTargetEndpointAddress( new java.net.URL(endpoint) );
call.setOperationName(new QName("http://soapinterop.org/", "echoString") );
String ret = (String) call.invoke( new Object[] { "Hello!" } );
System.out.println("Sent 'Hello!', got '" + ret + "'");
} catch (Exception e) {
System.err.println(e.toString());
}
}
}
