[axis2] ConcurrentModificationException when concurrent threads try to engage the Addressing module (jira Axis2-1053)

Hi all,

I'm still having troubles with a ConcurrentModificationException. The  
problem, described here https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ 
AXIS2-1053, was reported last August, but it has not been addressed yet.
Any plan to fix it?
