I just had a brief look at your axis2.xml and it looks fine to me..

Are you getting this error on the client side.. "Please recheck:
loading repository from classpath" looks bit suspicious to me..
Please double check whether Axis2 picks up the Axis2.xml which you
posted or whether it picks up something else from the classpath...
Please try specifying an Axis2 repository.
