You are right all such types are not being generated. I've tried changing
and removing the minOccurs/maxOccurs but without any effect. This WSDL
actually forms part of a .Net service that we are using. The administrator
of the .Net service tells me he can generate the stubs without any
difficulty (in .Net).

Other types such as RetrieveUserResponseStructure (which contains non
generated RetrieveUserResultsStructure) are being generated.

Any other thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

Is that the only type that isn't being generated?

One issue I see with the schema is that you've repeatedly defined a
<s:choice> with minOccurs="1", yet both of the choices specify
minOccurs="0". I don't believe that's valid.

But I don't see a reason why that one type wouldn't be generated if
all the other types are...
