Yes.. Please upgrade.. We did the Axis2 1.1 release with Axiom 1.2.1...

I recommend you to upgrade to Axis2 1.1.1 & to Axiom 1.2.2 as well as
your other dependencies.. You can use the "Versions of dependencies"
section of this [1] as your reference..
