Howdy,

What does it take to get Axis2 1.1.1 to emit SOAP11 code? Is it as
simple as changing the option to
SOAP11Constants.SOAP_ENVELOPE_NAMESPACE_URI? (Tried this and the .NET
server wasn't too happy).
