It is a private profile and addressing version is 2005/08. I am also wondering 
if it is common practice to disable some of the addressing fields? I presume 
that it make sense to not send a certain addressing field in the send messages 
if you dont provide that option in your communication.

Can you point me at the specification profile or is it a private one?

Which addressing spec level are you using? 2004/08 or 2005/08?
