With ADB seems to be no problem. It generates the classes but I couldn't check if it worked out. Is there any plan for integrating JiBX generation with the eclipse plugin without having to rebuid it?? And also to make available all WSDL2Java options and Java2WSDL options to that plugin?? cos it seems that there are some options from the command line that are not available at the plugin.
