Axis2 Code Generator Eclipse plug-in error

Hi all,
 
I want to use the Axis2 Code Generator in Eclipse as plug-in.
When I try to run it I get the error:
 
-  Plug-in Axis2_Codegen_Wizard was unable to load class 
org.apache.axis2.tool.codegen.eclipse.CodeGenWizard.
 
What is the problem?
