Does your Java-based web service already work -- i.e., Java-based
clients can access it and in runs fine?  I think that's the first part
of the equation that needs to be solved, before working on the client.

After that, I think you just have a question on the Axis2/C[1] mailing
list (not this one)--how to create a C client to access your Java web
service.  I don't know Axis2/C, but I think, given the same WSDL you
used to generate the web service in Java, there is some utility in
Axis2/C that will use that WSDL to create a C-based client for you.
