You proberably want to think about designing your service first.
Determine what sort of service it is going to be first, In. IN/OUT
Request/Response, solicit response etc
Write the WSDL and XSD. I prefer to design out the service first.
Then you can get a feel of what needs to follow.

IBM has some good Resources that cover what you want to do:

Hope this helps.

Subject: Creating a Web Service

Hi,

I am new to Web Service. I need to create a web service which will
receive a http response from the client and send it as a JMS message to
ActiveMQ. From ActiveMQ the message will be processed to the application
server using MDB. Does anyone come accross this task before? Give me
Your valuable idea and suggestions to perform this task.

Thanks in Advancs,

Regards,
Senthil
