Ok, to start with, the answer is there is no way, to my knowledge (which
is slowly outdating now :) ).

But this brings up a good question about the runtime parameters. There
is no way to have a property file with parameters like this. Let me
bring this up in our dev list. Thanks again for asking this very good
question.
