Hi
I also have got a similar problem .But TCPMon is showing
HTTP/1.1 202 Accepted
Server: Apache-Coyote/1.1
X-Powered-By: Servlet 2.4; JBoss-4.0.2 (build: CVSTag=JBoss_4_0_2
date=200505022023)/Tomcat-5.5
Content-Type: text/xml;charset=UTF-8
Transfer-Encoding: chunked

But is it possible to infer anything from this?

Subject: Re: AXIS2 : FAULT_ADDRESSING_HEADER_REQUIRED_REASON
Hello Zakaria,
To identify the immediate problem you can use TCPMon to look at the
fault message that is being returned to the client. This will allow you
to identify the header that the server is complaining about and to take
corrective action in your application.
As far as the missing resource bundle is concerned please raise a JIRA
issue at [1] so that it can be fixed.

find the time to do it again?
