In axis1 it was:
-N, --NStoPkg <argument>=<value>
mapping of namespace to package
(now: -ns2p in axis2)
-f, --fileNStoPkg <argument>
file of NStoPkg mappings (default NStoPkg.properties)
(now: none in axis2)
Does axis2 have set the mapping file?
