Yes.  

I am using spring so my AAR file only contains (all under meta-inf/) :

Wsdl file
Schema files
Services.xml

If I list the services, I see my service as active and all of the
operations are listed. I just can't pull up the wsdl.

Did you drop the original wsdl into your aar? under META-INF?
