Hi Babette, Yes the plugin should work with multiple packages with service class and all the other dependent classes. All you need it to do is include the third party content or the folders that needed for the service class. http://ws.apache.org/axis2/tools/1_2/eclipse/wsdl2java-plugin.html if possible you could log a JIRA and attach the classes, we ll look in to it.
